2.如果產品有問題必須在收到後24小時內提出。
3.所有更換/維修必須在7天內提供完整的包裝和發票(人為損壞將無權獲得任何更換/維修服務)
4.要更換有缺陷的產品,物品必須處於原始狀態(即沒有任何物理損壞和/或 划痕)和完整的包裝以及原始銷售發票\收據和保修卡 (不得填寫)。退回產品的序列號必須與打印的序列號相同在發票上。如果由於缺貨而無法更換。客戶可以替換相同的價值 或者更高價值的商品,賠償價格差異。所有售出的商品均不可退款。
1.All parallel import products are covered by EU Gadget 7days warranty starting from date of receipt.2.All claims of shortage or damage must be made within 24 hours upon receipt.
3.All replacement/repair must be come with complete packaging and invoice within 7 days (man-made damage will not be entitled any replacement/repair service)
4.To replace faulty product, item must be in original condition (i.e. without any physical damage and/or scratch) and with complete packaging together with original sales invoice\receipt and warranty card(which shall not be completed). Serial number on the returned product must be the same as those printed on invoices. In case, replacement is not possible due to out of stock. Customer can replace same value or higher value of goods with compensation for price difference. All sold goods are non-refundable.
